The Coronavirus crisis are impacting our daily lives all over the world. Everyone can now contribute in a global effort to overcome this pandemic by taking small precautions. Good hygiene, healthy lifestyle, social distancing or self-quarantine are now becoming a priority. At Ambiente Apartments we want to help as well. We’ve changed the whole check-in process in order to make sure no one is being put at risk. From the possibility to finalise your booking and check-in online to entering your property and apartment by using an access codes only, we want to provide a stress-free experience in these turbulent times.
In the following part you can find the list of other procedural changes we have implemented in order to keep our guests and team members safe.
You can park your own vehicle free of charge at the property. Should you arrive from other countries, we can get in touch with your family and park your car at the property you will be staying at or prepare your car at the borders.
We also offer our private transfer services. Our vehicles are frequently being sanitised and cleaned. Our drivers protect themselves by wearing face masks and gloves.

CHECK-IN (at our key-less properties)
Once the check-in and payment are done, our reception will provide you with a unique code to access the property and your own apartment.
This code is then inserted to a touch pad by the entrance and apartment door.
Each apartment is sanitised using ozone treatment as well. Public areas, elevators and door handles are also being sanitised and cleaned.
We can get in touch with your family members who can prepare food or clothing for your stay and this can then be delivered to the apartment even before your arrival.
