At Ambiente Apartment we try to offer a stress-free check-in experience to our guests. Shortly before arrival, our guests receive Online Check-in email through which they are able to access our property management system. We kindly ask our guests to safely store their personal information there. Considering the online check-in is finalised, on the day of arrival our guests receive check-in instructions email together with the access codes to either open the key safe-box or to type it into the touchpads (depending on the chosen type of apartment and property).
Since we offer a contact-less check-ins, late arrival is not a problem. Considering the online check-in is finalised and the check-in instructions via email are received, our guests can check in based on their own timetable.
Our standard check-out time is 10 AM.
The form of check-out is usually discussed during the check-in process or via our pre-arrival communication. Each property is equipped with a „Self-Check out Box“, where you can just simply store your key when checking out.
In special cases when the security deposit was taken in cash, the check-out procedure needs to be done in person. Should this be the case, please, let us know your check-out time and our housekeeper will come to your apartment at the discussed hour to check the apartment.
At the moment, we do not serve breakfast at our properties.
Please note that properties of Ambiente Apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the accommodation, including balconies.
Parking is available for each property except for the property on Namestie SNP 21, directly in centre.
Please note that parking is subject to availability and extra charge is applicable for a parking space rental. In case of a long term rental (1 month and more), we usually provide a reduced price.
At the moment, we do not offer this type of service.
A security deposit of at least 100 EUR is required upon arrival for incidentals. Ambiente Apartments Team can increase the amount of security deposit collected at the check-in based on the number of guests arriving or the type of apartment. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that Ambiente Apartments will claim against the security deposit for the repair or replacement of any breakages, losses or damage to the property or in case of a breach of Ambiente Apartments‘ Terms and Conditions.
If the security deposit was blocked on card and if everything was OK in the apartment after your departure, we will release the money after your check-out. You should see the correct balance on your bank account within 3-5 working days.
If we identify any damage or breakage after your departure, we will take photos of the damaged subjects and identify the repair costs. This cost will be subsequently charged to your credit card.
There are two ways to pay for the accommodation. We kindly ask our guests to fill out the Online Check-in form where you can safely store you card details. These could then be used in order to process the payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. There is no extra charge for choosing to pay via card.
You can also pay in advance via wire transfer.
The price stated in every apartment type includes the VAT, cleaning services once a week, water, electricity, bed linen, towels and basic toiletries. The price does not include the city tax of 1,70 EUR which applies to adults over 18 years. It does not include any extra services or products which can be booked as add-ons.
We clean the apartment before your arrival and once a week if you stay with us for at least 7 nights. Should you need extra cleaning, you can order this service for extra 20 EUR.
What should we do to receive visa paper confirmation that we need in order to obtain visa to travel to your country?
It is important to obtain the payment first in order to issue a visa document and invoice for our guests. After that we kindly ask our guests for the following details:

Should you be interested in extending your stay, Ambiente Apartments Team will be happy to check the availability. If the apartment is available, we will just arrange the process regarding the extra payment. If it is not available, we will provide the most suitable alternatives for you.
Please note that pets are only allowed after consultation in advance with Ambiente Apartments Team and in case of long term rentals. Extra charge on top of the regular apartment price might be added.
