The kitchen area offers fully equipped kitchenette including dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge as well as a dining table with chairs. The living room is connected with a balcony that enables you to enjoy a relaxing view on the surrounding greenery. Private parking space is available directly in front of the residence. The apartment building is equipped with a spacious elevator and the complex offers small grocery store for its residents.
