General terms and conditions
Please read carefully our terms and conditions of staying thoroughly in order to avoid any troubles. As our guest, you are expected to respect the rules that pertain to the apartment and the company it belongs to. Our main objective is "Satisfaction of our guests with their second home".
1. Reservation procedures
Upon requesting a booking the user agrees to enter into a contract according to the conditions of use set forth and from this moment will be referred to as client.
The booking will be guaranteed immediately as we receive a 20% deposit payment. You will pay the rest, 80% of the amount, upon arrival. No deposit is required for last minute bookings (less than 24 hours).
The length of the stay in the apartment will be provided as it is stated in written reservation confirmation. Subject to availability and at the discretion of the management, a guest’s length of stay can be extended, although there will be no obligation to allocate the same apartment or to apply the same rate. If the duration of the reserved stay is to be shortened, then the applicable tariff for that shorter duration will come into force.
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, and changes in travel plans or travel delays. In case that a confirmed booking has been made, we, unfortunately, have to require compensation due to lost revenue and to cover our costs.
2. Payment
You can pay for your stay by:
- payment card VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO or Diners Club International
- cash
- bank transfer
3. Cancelation policy
Accommodation reservation represents mutual commitment. From our side we guarantee apartment availability for the whole period booked, and refuse other clients interested in the apartment. On the other hand, we strongly encourage you to plan your trip before booking an apartment.
In case you cancel your reservation 14 and more days before your arrival, the 20 % deposit will be refunded, but we charge you banking fees.
If you decide to cancel your reservation in between 13 days and more than 24 hours before your arrival your 20% deposit of total amount will not be refunded. Cancellation made less than 24 hours are subject to loss of the 100% payment.
Also, the rent amount paid for the apartment is not refunded in case you decide to leave the apartment prior to the date agreed during booking.
4. Extra fees
Every additional guest over 2 is for extra charge 15€. Children under 6 years are free of charge. A baby cot is available on request for extra charge 5 €.
It is possible to bring a pet with you. It is for extra fee 20€.
Fees for late check out:
- from 1.00 p.m. till 5.00 p.m. - 30% of a basic price per night
- from 5.00 p.m. till 7.00 p.m. - 50% of a basic price per night
In case the apartment is damaged at the end of your stay we are allowed to charge you costs for repairement caused from your negligence.
5. Necessary information during your stay
Please do not smoke at the apartment. You are able to smoke on the balcony if there is one or outside and please do not throw a cigarette butts out of windows.
Please be sure that the water and lights are turned off when you leave the apartment; we try to keep low prices and would like to economize energies.
We reserve the right to enter (either ourselves or through sub-contractors) the rented apartment at any time (with due regard to the convenience of the resident) for maintenance, cleaning and security purposes.
Please note that the check out time is till 12:00 as we need to clean the apartment to the next check-in. Let us know in advance if you need a later check out time. Please notice, that we charge extra fee for late check out.
Please notice, that we prefer check in at these hours: from 5.00p.m.till 11.00 p.m. The earlier check in is possible on request.
The apartment can be only occupied by the number of persons it was booked for. You are not allowed to exceed the number of persons by yourself for the apartment. In case we find it out you can be asked to leave the apartment.
You may be asked for a 100 € deposit or a credit card details at the check in as a guarantee against possible damage to the premises resulting from your negligence.
