With a lot of sunshine coming through french windows it has a large balcony overviewing the Kuchajda lake and Small Carpathians. It is not far from the city center, but still, you can relax in its calm surroundings. A safe underground parking place is available.

Location of the apartment

The location offers numerous sport facilities as well as places to relax. Popular lake Kuchajda is situated right next to the Koloseo complex as well as Polus City Center mall (4 min walk) and business centers Millenium Towers and Lakeside Park. By car you can reach Shopping center Avion in 4 minutes and the Bratislava airport in 4 minutes. City center is in walking distance (15 min). Sport fans will appreciate the proximity of Pasienky soccer stadium, sport center Mladost, National Tennis center or Ondrej Nepela Winter Sport Satdium. The Koloseo complex is very easy to acces by car from all directions. You can take advantage of the railway station Bratislava- Nove mesto which is nerby.
